Our Chairwoman
Helena Braun, the chairwoman of the Wirsing KIT group, is a distinguished researcher at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. With a deep passion for nutritional science and sustainable living, Braun has been instrumental in spearheading initiatives that promote the use of kale and other healthy foods. Her leadership has not only guided the group’s successful projects but also motivated the broader KIT community to adopt more sustainable dietary practices. Braun is also an advocate for community education, frequently hosting workshops and talks to spread knowledge about the benefits of a balanced diet.
Our Co-Chair
Thomas Müller is the co-chair of the Wirsing KIT group. A senior lecturer in environmental science at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Müller brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the group’s initiatives. His focus on sustainable food systems and community engagement complements the group’s mission perfectly.
